The Downside
you may lose your wager
I know the maximum downside of betting on Bitcoin is losing the full amount that you invest. If you invest $100 in Bitcoin, there is no way to lose more than $100. That is a fact. You cannot lose more than you put in. Relatedly, I very highly doubt you could actually lose everything you put in, but it is not outside the realm of what is possible. Knowing that the downside is 1x what you invest, it is worth considering the upside.
